JOB TITLE: Title I Paraprofessional
BUILDING: Clio Intermediate School
JOB GOAL: Assist the Title I and general education teachers to achieve learning objectives by working with individual or small groups of students, as well as some in class assistance. This position will be a math focus.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate’s Degree (or at least 60 semester hours); or provide passing results of one of
the following: Michigan Teacher Certification Test; WorkKeys Test; College Board SAT’s; ETS Parapro Assessment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience working in a school environment
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with teaching staff and students
• Good oral and written communications skills
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• 32.5 hours per week/per non-affiliated group
