Health Requirements: All Early Childhood staff must submit current TB test results, along with a physical examination and drug screen.

License Requirement: All paraprofessional candidates must hold an Illinois PEL or Paraprofessional license. Candidates who do not yet qualify can apply for a Short-Term Approval license, which allows them to work and is valid for three years.
