Job Description:
As a Paraprofessional, you’ll play an essential role in creating a positive and supportive classroom experience. Working closely with our teachers, you’ll help guide students through daily activities and provide individualized support to those with special needs, learning challenges, or language barriers. Your compassion and teamwork will help every student feel seen, supported, and set up for success—making you a truly valued part of our school community.

Hourly Rate: Based on years of full-time, verified, directly related experience working with students.

Paraprofessional Degree Bonus/Supplement: (Please note that supplements are prorated)

• Associate Degree: $1,200.00 annual supplement
• Bachelor’s Degree: $1,500.00 annual supplement
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree: $1,800.00 annual supplement
