As the Center Support Specialist, you will provide operational and administrative leadership for Head Start centers in assigned regions. You will manage center operations while ensuring high-quality, culturally relevant services that promote children’s holistic growth and align with Centro’s policies and Head Start Performance Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Administration, Management, or related field.
3+ years of supervisory experience, with a preference for early childhood education or social work.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification. CDL is a plus.
