Skills & Qualifications:

· Current Special Education certification 

· Strong classroom management and organizational skills

· Ability implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

· Effective collaboration with colleagues, families, and support staff

· Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success

· Create lesson plans

• Valid State Certification in Special Education (appropriate grade level and subject area).
   
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
