Qualifications:
● Must have experience with children.
● Excellent human relations skills and commitment to strong customer service techniques when dealing with staff, students, parents and community, with a strong focus on professionalism and confidentiality.
● Demonstrated computer skills with ability to utilize a variety of office-related computer software including Microsoft Excel; excellent telephone skills
● Able to work with children to resolve conflicts through positive approach to behavior and discipline
● Capable of following directives of professional staff
● Dependable, punctual, with a positive work history
● High School diploma, Associate degree preferred
Responsibilities & Duties:
● Manage and implement student attendance policies and procedures
● Support sick students and/or personal needs of students during the day as needed: taking temperature, calling parents, finding change of clothing, administering medications supporting other health needs
● Assist office staff and students as needed
● Answering phones, directing inquiries
● Directing students and parents for building access
● Ability to do outdoor recess duties if needed
● Lunch supervision
● Perform all other duties as assigned by administrator
