$48,166 - $89,645 per Teachers Work Agreement, will negotiate based on qualifications/years of experience.
Supervisor of Position: Kandi Danielson, Early Childhood Special Education Program Supervisor
Qualifications: Minnesota teaching license in Early Childhood Special Education; also looking for Minnesota teaching license in Autism Spectrum Disorder, but not required: prefer previous experience in working with students with disabilities in a home-based and/or early childhood setting; must have a valid driver's license and transportation for travel throughout district/traveling to homes.
Summary of Position: The Early Childhood Special Education Teacher will work with families and students (ages 3 to 5) in an inclusive preschool setting or center-based program. There is a potential for working with families in the birth-3 range. The teacher will work with a team of staff to assess, identify, and provide direct services to students that qualify for services. We are also looking for a teacher to be our Autism Consultant for the Birth-5 year old program. This person would work with all teams and complete any autism testing needed.
