We are a dedicated Pediatric Therapy clinic specializing in Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Speech Therapy (ST), Early Intervention (EI), and Durable Medical Equipment (DME). We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team in Aiken County, South Carolina. What You’ll Do

As an Early Intervention Specialist, you’ll empower children and their families to overcome challenges and celebrate milestones. Your role will include:

• Providing developmental services to children from birth to age 6.
• Supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities.
• Conducting developmental screenings and assessments.
• Developing and implementing individualized intervention strategies.
• Coaching parents and caregivers on techniques to encourage development during daily routines.
• Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate, timely documentation.
• Collaborating with families, therapists, educators, and other professionals.
• Delivering services in children’s homes and natural community environments throughout Aiken County.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a patient, resourceful, and organized professional who is passionate about helping young children succeed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children ages 6 and younger.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout Aiken County.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with children and families.

Preferred (but not required) Experience:

• Early intervention services.
• Pediatric care or early childhood education.
• Behavioral health services.
• Working with children with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Parent or caregiver education and coaching.
