Required Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field)
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships
Demonstrated ability to work with high school students who speak a language other than English
Ability to effectively use district technology
Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-culturally
Exceptional organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a secondary educational environment
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Prior experience as an educational paraprofessional
Ability to show initiative and function as a self-starter
Ability to maintain confidential information
Experience working with immigrant and refugee students
