Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate as required by MDE; OR

Bachelor’s Degree and enrollment in a state approved program leading to teacher certification as required by MDE.

Preferred: 

Previous classroom teaching experience in a comparable district.

Learning Disabilities (SM), Cognitive Impairment (SA) endorsement

Salary/Benefits:

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule.  Full-time with benefit package.  Starting range $51,814-$75,437.00.

Paid time off includes ten (10) sick leave days, three (3) personal days, and two (2) professional improvement days.
