K5 Paraprofessional

Position Title:
 K5 Paraprofessional
 
Job Goal:
To assist the teacher by working with individual students or small groups to help them to take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.
      
Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have either an associate degree or 48 college credits, or test with us and pass to become highly qualified.
• The following background clearances are required: Act 151, Act 34, Act 24, and FBI clearance.
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required.
• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

Application Process:

• All required clearances must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s mandated criteria for hire.
