Esten Early Childhood Center
Esten Early Childhood Center seeks a dedicated, full-time Kindergarten Paraprofessional to support students and teachers in a nurturing, play-based learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher with instruction, classroom management, and daily routines
Work directly with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning objectives
Support students' social-emotional development and promote a positive classroom environment
Help with the preparation of materials and the organization of learning centers
Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times
Collaborate with the classroom teacher and school staff to meet the needs of all learners
Qualifications:
Experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred
Patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills
Ability to follow established classroom routines and school procedures
High school diploma required; associateās degree or higher preferred
