Community Consolidated School District 62 in Des Plaines, Illinois is seeking a Special Education Teacher to cover a leave of absence at Cumberland Elementary School from March 6 through the end of the school year.

Qualifications:
Current valid Illinois Professional Educator License with an LBS1 endorsement. Experience as an elementary school teacher is preferred.
District Information:
District 62 has approximately 4,700 students in grades preK-8 in 8 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, 1 early learning center, and 1 year-round, K-8 school.
Compensation Information:
District 62 substitute teachers earn $165 per day if they hold an Illinois PEL and $155 per day if the hold a substitute license. Annual bonuses are given based on the number of days worked. This position does not include benefits.
