Long Term Substitute for Special Education Teacher of Multiple Disabilities Program
Valid NJ Instructional Certificate~ Teacher of Students with Disabilities AND Elementary OR Teacher of the Handicapped
Experience with ABA
Strong classroom management
Ability to facilitate behavior with appropriate strategies
Ability to meet the individual needs of classified students
Working knowledge of IEP implementation, development of goals & objectives and PLAAFP
Ability to provide direction and support to classroom paraprofessionals
Ability to work collaboratively with fellow teachers, CST & administration
Experience working with students with autism (preferred)
Data collection experience/discrete trial (preferred)
Mandatory criminal background check
