Description:
Long Term Substitute Special Education Teacher/Case Manager - McKelvie Intermediate School. Assignment beginning immediately and continues until the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
Job Summary:
Provides small group instruction based on IEP goals and objectives.
Assists grade level teachers with differentiated instruction. Promotes student success through intervention, collaboration with team members and monitoring of student progress.
Conducts IEP meetings and maintains and completes accurate and compliant Special Ed data, paperwork, and records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, NH Certification- Special Education
