    QUALIFICATIONS:         
    • Assist the classroom teacher in delivery of an effective instruction.
     
    • Works with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning. 
    • Performs other related duties assigned. 
    • NJ Teaching Certificate or County Substitute Certificate
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Ability to work as a member of a team.
    • Ability to exercise good judgment and promote a safe and secure learning environment. 
    • Experience in special education at the high school level is preferred.
    • Experience in working with the Multiply Disabled population preferred. 
    • Criminal History Background Check Required
