Beanstalk is hiring a Part-Time Paraprofessional
Location: Dry Creek Preschool 230 G Street Rio Linda, CA 95673
Hours: 5 hours per day Monday - Friday
Pay and Benefits
Paraprofessional II: $21.78 to $24.51/hr. (approximately $45,296 to $50,975 annually)*
Paraprofessional I: $21.11 to $23.73/hr. (approximately $43,898 to $49,358 annually)
The starting pay for this position is the beginning of the pay range.
DEFINITION: Establish a positive and nurturing relationship with children.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Age and Education: 18 years or older; High school diploma or equivalent; Preference to be given to applicants with 3 or more Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or related field college semester units with grade C or better.
2. Experience: Experience working with children with exceptional needs and/or disabilities.
3. Other: Fingerprint and criminal clearance required.
*Paraprofessional II must have 6 ECE, CD, or related field college semester units and two years of work experience as a Paraprofessional. Preference is given for experience working with children with exceptional needs and/or disabilities.
Other Requirements: Must have a valid CA. Driver License, Registered and Insured Vehicle. Must be authorized to work in the US.
