POSITION SUMMARY: - Provide assistance to both students and teachers in implementing lesson plans.
- Work on an individual basis with students when necessary.
- Provide support within the educational setting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - High school diploma or GED required.
- Two year or four year degree preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, AND REGISTRATIONS: (Preferred but not required) - Para Highly Qualified status according to current statute and union contract
- Crisis prevention intervention (CPI) training
SALARY RANGE: - Union contract hourly rate of pay is based on education, experience, and qualifications: $17.01 per hour to $21.01 per hour
