Paraprofessional - Alternative Center/Credit Recovery (West Liberty)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate aide to join our team at Madison-Champaign ESC Alternative Center. In this role, you will work directly with students, providing supervision and academic support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a compassionate approach, the ability to connect with students, and a commitment to supporting their success in every way possible. Qualifications

• Valid ODE Aide Permit (may apply after being selected)
• Satisfactory results on a criminal records check
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred
• Associate’s degree or the equivalent of 48 semester or 72 quarter hours, OR complete and pass the ParaPro Assessment
• A passion for working with children and supporting their growth
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and maturity
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism when engaging with students
• A commitment to follow Madison-Champaign ESC rules and policies
• A servant-leader mindset, dedicated to helping students reach their full potential
