PARAPROFESSIONAL - FULL TIME

Celebrate the Children is pleased to announce we have openings for full-time Paraprofessionals for the 2024-2025 School Year.   Celebrate the Children, a school for children with alternative learning styles is located in Denville, NJ.  Come join a team that is making a difference in our students' lives every day!

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PARAPROFESSIONALS INCLUDE:   

  • Working 1:1 with students while supporting them academically, emotionally, and socially.
  • Supporting students in the community.
  • Supporting classroom teachers with daily classroom activities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PARAPROFESSIONAL:   

  • Previous experience as a Paraprofessional/1:1 Aide preferred
  • Experience providing positive behavioral support is highly desired!
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required.
  • NJ Substitute Teacher Certification is a plus but not required.

A salary range is provided in accordance with New Jersey pay transparency laws. Final salary is determined using a structured salary grid, taking into account years of relevant experience and educational qualifications, and is subject to the maximum limits established by the New Jersey Department of Education and the discretion of the Board of Directors. The salary provided is for a 10-month contracted position.
