Paraprofessional, Instructional Aide Needed For Seventh Grade Classroom Support

PARAPROFESSIONAL, INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE NEED FOR CLASSROOM & STUDENT SUPPORT IN SEVENTH GRADE AT THE ACADEMIC CENTER

Seven (7) hours per day, student work days plus professional development days and ten-eleven paid holidays, with additional hours/days as may be assigned. 
Compensation will be per the Board approved salary schedule ($15.73 - $16.80 per hour).   Employment is contingent upon a BCI & FBI fingerprinting background check. (cost is $55.00)
Position includes earned sick leave, optional health insurance, board paid life insurance and personal leave. 

A paraprofessional license (Educational Aide Permit) with an ESEA Qualified endorsement through the Ohio Department of Education is required. Employment is contingent upon the results of a Criminal Background Check and the ability to obtain a paraprofessional license with the required ESEA qualified endorsement with assistance of the District (cost is $25.00)
 
The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District.
