Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center is looking for a paraprofessional (aide) to provide lunch and recess supervision at Norwood Elementary School in West Jefferson, Ohio.
Lunchroom/recess aides supervise children, resolve conflicts, help maintain a positive atmosphere, and communicate professionally with students, staff, and parents to ensure a smooth lunch service and a positive school environment.
To be successful in this position, candidates should demonstrate patience, compassion, and empathy when dealing with students, as well as professionalism when representing the school. You should have strong management and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideal candidates will possess the spirit of leading with a servant’s heart.
