    POSITION: Multilingual Paraprofessional 1.0 FTE

     

    LOCATION: TCU Le Center PreK-8 in Le Center, MN

     

    Tri-City United Schools serves the communities of Le Center, Lonsdale, & Montgomery

     

    STARTING DATE: 2025-2026 school year, week of August 25, 2025

     

    SALARY RANGE: $17-$21 per hour based on qualifications and years of experience; $1/hour additional for fluency in Spanish or Teacher’s license.

     

    Per the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Student Support Staff Master Agreement

     

    BENEFITS: Insurance, retirement and paid time off

     

    REPORTS TO: Building Principal and Director of Special Services

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

     

    - Paraprofessionals work with students receiving English Language services under the direction of the licensed teacher and perform duties to support language acquisition needs within the school setting.

     

    - Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of the school team to support students.  

     

    - Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools
