The Appleton Area School District has two positions available for a 1.0 FTE (100%) Special Education Cross Categorical Paraprofessional at Columbus Elementary in our RISE program beginning with the second semester of the 2025-2026 school year.
The RISE program is an alternative special education program for students grade K-8 with emotional behavioral disabilities located in Columbus Elementary. Staff work as a team to prioritize social and emotional well being for students to learn self-regulation skills in a small group environment. NCI certification required within the first month of employment.
