Regional Summer School Paraprofessionals- 2026

Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES is an educational agency serving nine school districts in the New York State counties of Monroe and Orleans:
Brockport, Churchville-Chili, Gates Chili, Greece, Hilton, Holley, Kendall, Spencerport, and Wheatland-Chili.

PAY SCALE: $19.25 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

LOCATION:  Greece & Churchville-Chili High Schools

PROGRAM DATES:

July 9-August 17, four (4) hours per day (no school 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31)
August 18 & 19, seven (7) hours per day, Regents exam days
Must be able to work all dates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide assistance to Regional Summer School staff and students in order to implement instructional program as directed by professional staff.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

1. Assist classroom teacher in providing testing accommodations and instructional support to students attending Regional Summer School.
2. Assist clerical staff as assigned by the Regional Summer School site principal.
3. Perform other such duties as may be assigned by the Regional Summer School site principal.

Experience:     One year working with children or in a clerical setting required.     

Educational:   High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
