Job Summary
Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives? As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you’ll work hands-on with students, helping them develop new skills and providing support through challenging behaviors. In this role, you'll collaborate with teachers to shape engaging curriculum plans, guide students through their daily routines, and ensure they stay on track with their IEP (Individualized Education Program) and Day Treatment goals.
Beyond the classroom, you'll supervise students in both school and community settings, fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Whether participating in recreational activities, assisting with behavior modification programs, or documenting progress, your contributions will be essential in helping students grow. As a valued team member, you'll also maintain open communication with families, educators, and professionals to support each student's success.

Benefits begin at first of the following month after completing a full 30 days of employment (i.e. start date 4 January 2025, benefits initiate 1 March 2025).
Pay Range: $18.67 – $24.31 an hour paid bi-weekly based off experience with youth and education.
Shift: 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
