Special Education Paraprofessional

10 Points is looking to hire excellent compassionate paraprofessional to assist our teachers with classroom lessons, activities, organization, and management, as well as assisting special needs students for our school sites in Massachusetts for 2025-26 SY and 8 hour School Days. • Assists teacher by helping with classroom instruction and working with children during instructional activities.
• Students with behavior needs either mental health challenges or Autism.
• May assist in planning and implementing field trips for reinforcing classroom objectives.
• Monitors children’s behavior inside and outside of the classroom. Escorts students to areas on campus.
• Prepares classroom for activities, including organizing assignments and/or preparing homework folders.
• Tracking students' progress and preparing reports for the parents.
• Assisting Teachers in counseling parents on the requirements and development of their children.
• Co-teaching lessons under the Teacher's guidance, leading small groups or individual instruction and discussions, and reviewing class work.

Education & Qualifications:

1+ years of working experience as a Paraprofessional.

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or associate degree in education or related field preferred.
