POSITION SUMMARY:

• Will be responsible for developing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, evaluating, and assessing both instructional material and student performance.
• Responsible for communicating student progress with parents/guardians and reporting student performance for local and state records.
• This position also receives daily prep time scheduled in addition to a daily progress monitoring period.
• Teachers will have access to collaborate with the SEAT coordinator as well as the Student Success Coordinator.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree required.
• Minnesota teaching license with the appropriate grade level and subject area certification required.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field.
• Other Special Education Licensure Areas may be considered for this position.

SALARY RANGE:

• Union contract salary range based on education, experience, and qualifications: $50,319 - $62,319
