Special Education Teacher

Libertyville School District 70 is seeking a part-time Special Education Teacher (0.5) for Copeland Manor School for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.  Benefits include:  2 Personal and 12 Sick days; $2,150 Tuition Reimbursement; Life, Medical and Dental Insurance; annual $550 457 Contribution; and $375 Workshop/Conference Allotment. (Prorated to the start date)  The salary is based on the placement on the Salary Schedule.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must hold an active PEL and be registered in Lake County. 
• Appropriate ISBE License LBS1 Endorsement
• Student teaching and/or current experience in this content area

Purpose: To help students learn subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able and responsible men and women.
