Morris Area School District #2769 is looking for a positive and energetic person to join our staff as a 7-12 full-time special education teacher beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. (Currently a need is in the high school, but would entertain elementary candidates as well.)

This position requires a valid Minnesota Teaching License. Co/Extra-Curricular positions may be available. 

Successful candidates will demonstrate skills in creating positive, respectful, and engaged learning environments while maintaining high expectations for all students.  Our district is recognized for quality opportunities for students, fantastic facilities, talented staff members, and supportive parents and communities.  

Interested individuals should submit a letter of application, resume, academic credentials/transcripts, at least 3 references (preferably within the last 24 months), and a copy of their Minnesota teaching license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board.
