Two Rivers Supervisory Union is seeking a licensed Special Educator for the 2025–2026 school year at Ludlow Elementary School. This full-time position will serve students in Pre-K through Grade 2 with a focus on supporting students with Autism. This program supports the integration of students into mainstream settings while providing targeted instruction and social-emotional supports to promote success across academic and functional domains.
Required Endorsements:
•Special Educator K–8
•Early Childhood Special Educator
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Provide individualized and small group instruction to students with autism and developmental differences.
•Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
•Maintain and monitor student records to track progress and inform instruction.
•Write and implement IEPs that are data-driven and aligned with student needs.
•Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet individual learning profiles.
•Support integration into general education settings using inclusive practices.
•Communicate effectively with families, general education teachers, related service providers, and paraprofessionals.
