This position includes case management and push-in services, providing a well-rounded opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' academic and personal growth with the full support of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Deliver both self-contained and push-in instruction across settings.

• Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with school staff and parents.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $57,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education

• Valid NH Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs

• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
