United Staff Group is hiring two dedicated and qualified Special Education Teachers to support students in K–5 classrooms for the 2025–2026 academic year . The Special Education Teacher will provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support for students with IEPs, ensuring progress toward individualized learning goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized instruction to students with mild to moderate learning disabilities
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
Implement IEP goals and document student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to plan development
Adapt and modify curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
Use data-driven instruction and regular assessments
Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
Qualifications
Valid Massachusetts License
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience working with students with learning disabilities or behavioral challenges
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and reporting
