Instruction and Curriculum Adaptation: Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities.
Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to track their academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaboration: Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate services and ensure a cohesive educational plan for each student.
Supportive Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the unique needs of students with special needs.
Qualifications: SpEd Teacher 26/27
Minnesota Department of Education Special Education license required.
