Position Details:<\/h2>
  • Title:<\/b> Special Education Teacher<\/li>
  • Location:<\/b> Forest Lake, MN<\/li>
  • Duration:<\/b> 08\-Jan\-2026 to 05\-Jun\-2026<\/li>
  • Onsite\/Virtual:<\/b> Onsite<\/li>
  • Position Type:<\/b> Contract<\/li>
  • Working Hours:<\/b> 37.5 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday (7:15am\-3:15pm)<\/li>
  • Student Age Group:<\/b> Middle School Autism classroom<\/li>
  • Case Load:<\/b> 22 Kids, no IEPs or Evals due to a designated team that takes care of this.<\/li> <\/ul>

    Responsibilities: Special Education Teacher<\/h2>
    • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities.<\/li>
    • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to track their academic, social, and emotional development.<\/li>
    • Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate services and ensure a cohesive educational plan for each student.<\/li>
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the unique needs of students with special needs.<\/li> <\/ul>

      Qualifications: SPED Teacher<\/h2>
      • Minnesota Department of Education Special Education license required.<\/li>
      • Licensure in ASD preferred.<\/li>
      • Holds a Bachelor's degree.<\/li> <\/ul><\/td> <\/tr>
