Position Details: Special Education Teacher
- Title: Special Education Teacher
- Location: Little Rock, AR
- Onsite/Virtual: Onsite
- Position Type: Full Time Direst Hire
- Working Hours: 7:15-3:30, from Monday to Friday
- Student Age Group: K - 6th Grade
- Case Load: 12-15
Responsibilities: Special Education Teacher
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Assess students' needs and design lesson plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Track and report students' progress.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.
Qualifications: Special Education Teacher
- Teaching and instruction skills as a Special Education Teacher for grades K-6.
- Strong communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and support staff.
