Special Education Teacher - Extended School Year (ESY)
Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Special Education Teacher - Extended School Year (ESY).
Duties/Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
? Provide IEP Services
? Design lesson plans
? Create schedules that ensure IEP hours
? Supervise ABAAs and IAs in the provisions of IEP services
? Conduct initial evaluations and write reports for students PK-12
Qualifications:
? Valid Connecticut Special Education Teaching Certification
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Experience in the classroom.
? Other attributes and skills as deemed appropriate and necessary.
? At least two (2) years of experience with students with Autism.
Wage: Per BEA Contract
Work Schedule:
? July 6, 2026 - July 31, 2026, Monday through Thursday
? Must be available to work all scheduled days
? Up to 4.5 hours per day
