QUALIFICATIONS
Valid New Jersey K-6 Elementary Certificate and Teacher of Students with Disabilities
OR
Teacher of the Handicapped
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide in-class support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to identify students’ strengths, challenges, and individual learning preferences.
- Collaborate with coteachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that align with students’ goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
- Proficiency with instructional technology.
- Spanish speaking a plus
