We're looking for a Special Education Teacher - Setting 3 who brings skill, heart, and determination to their work every day. In this K�8 role, you'll support a caseload of about 5�10 students, with a strong team at your side: a full-time Special Education Coordinator, behavior support staff, and colleagues who believe in shared success.
You'll teach, plan, assess, write IEPs, collaborate with general education teachers, and�most importantly�build the kind of relationships that help students grow both academically and emotionally.

Northeast College Prep is a K�8 public charter school with ~275 students in Northeast Minneapolis. Our community is vibrant, diverse, and committed to whole-child learning. Over 14 languages are spoken in our school; about 50% of students qualify for English Language services, and around 15% receive special education support.
