    Dates: July 6�9, July 13�16, July 20�23, July 27�30
    Hours: 8:00 a.m. � 11:30 a.m. (Monday�Thursday)

    Job Summary

    The district is seeking a licensed Special Education Teacher to provide instruction and services during the 2026 Extended School Year (ESY) program. The ESY teacher will deliver specially designed instruction aligned to students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support maintenance of skills and prevent regression.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct special education instruction aligned to IEP goals
    • Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior supports as outlined in student IEPs
    • Collect and document student progress data during ESY services
    • Collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service providers
    • Maintain compliance with special education procedures and documentation requirements
    • Communicate with families as appropriate regarding ESY programming
    • Write progress reports 

    Qualifications

    • Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license
    • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
    • Knowledge of IEP implementation and progress monitoring
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills

    Compensation

    Salary will be determined according to the teacher master agreement and ESY rate of pay- $36.60/hour.
