AARS Substance Use Clinician position supports people in our community who are most impacted by mental health limitations and poverty. Many of whom are affected by substance use and trauma. AARS Substance Use Clinicians are one of the first line of support when community members get release from the jail system, outpatient or residential programs. Our team supports our community by providing compassionate, integrated care, at a personal and caring level.
The most important characteristic of our team is that we love to support clients at our agency. HealthRIGHT 360/AARS is a place for people to grow and live authentically. *MHRS definition (Referenced from Documentation Manual 2020): Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist. A credential issued by the County for paraprofessionals who have a Bachelor's degree plus four years of experience in a mental health setting. A Master's in a mental health field may substitute for two years of experience. A two year college degree plus six years of experiences also meet the minimum requirements.
