The State College Area School District is currently accepting applications for an Elementary Instructional Paraprofessional at Easterly Parkway Elementary School to support our Title I reading and math intervention program.
This position plays a vital role in helping our youngest learners develop strong foundational skills. The paraprofessional will work primarily in grades K–2, but may also support grades 3-5. Reading specialists, interventionists, and classroom teachers will provide direction on one-on-one or small-group support for students who are receiving targeted intervention services.

The district is committed to ensuring that all paraprofessionals in Title I roles receive the training and ongoing support needed to be successful. New hires will participate in professional development specific to reading and math intervention strategies for early elementary students.
