1:1 Special Education Paraprofessional (level 3) needed for the 2025-2026 school year at Belton High School Salary range: $18.09/hr - $24.91/hr. (depending on experience)+ full benefits + $749 annual stipend for college credit.
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has updated the qualifications for paraprofessionals to included the 20-hour online substitute training program beginning in the 2022-2023 school year. Individials with one of the following qualifications are now eligible to be an instructional paraprofessional:- 60+ college hours
- Associates degree or higher
- Missouri ParaPro Assessment passing score (before September 23, 2013)
- Missouri Paraprofessional Assessment passing score (after September 23, 2013)
- Completed Missouri's 20-hour online substitute training program
